The SPEAK & WRITE is more basic later version of the SPEAK AND SPELL range of talking toys by Texas Instruments. It has less games to play and no LED screen showing the words. Speach wise the voice is a little clearer and more defined than the eailer speak and spell models.

1 X PITCH KNOB (goes a bit higher to a lot lot lower)
4 X RANDOM GLITCH SWITCHES (produces random words and phonics)
1 x MORSE TONE BUTTON (produces a tone - controlled by the pitch knob)
1 x LOOP SWITCH WITH LOOP ADVANCE BUTTON (stutter loop)
1 x 2-WAY DISTORTION SWITCH (UP = Mild Distortion DOWN = Total Sonic White out!)
