WE have a very simple sales policy here at the Magic-Mess you order - you pay then I send the items to you SIMPLES!
But to make things even more clear there are a few basic rules

1. For Uk based buyers I accept Cheque, PayPal and Bank transfer for all overseas buyers PayPal is the best way to go. For all payment methods goods are sent after cleared payment. (Contact me about paying other than paypal)
   
   
2. All payments must be in £ (pounds sterling GB)
   
   
3. I will ship to most places as long as long the item has a good chance of reaching you. As most of the stuff I'm selling is electronic components North korea and Iraq are out of the question (IE NO WAY) and so is Nigeria I'm afraid.
   
   
4. If you pay with PayPal - Due to their buyer / seller protection policy i can only send goods to your Paypal registered address so can you please make sure its correct before buying Contact me if you have any problems.
   
   
5. I use Royal Mail for most shipments UK = RM signed for, Europe and rest of the world = RM-Air-sure 2-5days or airmail registered
   
   
6. Any customs duty, import duty or tax added by your countrys customs is paid by you the buyer. for shipments outside the EU i have to fill in a CN22 customs declaration form.
   
   
7. It will take around 2 working days (9am monday-6pm friday uk time) to process and post your item after receiving payment.
   
   
8. if you are unhappy with your purchase i will give refunds for unopened kits (IE once you start its yours) and for any fully assembled units returned in the same condition they were sent in. buyer pays for all postage costs unless there is a valid reason not too.
